Start Pole Dancing with us step by step!

The Pole Starter guides you through all of the key grips, positions and rotations. You will learn how to hold, hang, sit or climb with the correct technique and you strengthen targeted body parts to make more advanced tricks... And then you can safely jump into the whirl of LEVEL 1.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Before you start you will get your own STARTER CARD, where you can mark the number of classes you have completed. There are 4 classes in total. You can start with any of them. Try to make time to get to the class all 4 classes in a row ;) (either you go once or twice a week!)

WHAT TO WEAR?

Sports bra or no sleeve top (with loose armpits) and shorts are ideal! You should take a small towel for sweaty hands too. Socks and leggings are optional, but feel free to take them for warm-up if you feel better in it…

HOW TO SIGN IN?

It's simple! You can register for all our classes via the reservation system. You can find registration and login instructions right there. Do not forget to go through the rules of the reservation system too.
